File-Ease® Sample Screens

The following is a picture of the main File-Ease® window (click on it to make the picture larger).

This is data based on the File and Document Management template

On the left hand side are all the predefined categories where you would file your information.

On the right hand side are the details for the selected category.

You can add, delete or change the categories as you require. You can also add, delete or change the fields associated with each Category (i.e. in this sample there is only one user defined field set up called: Keep For, which indicates how long the information filed under this Category is to be kept).
